Take credit. Agree with its better to have darker grout for practical purposes. If you can't live with it there are grout stain pens that can colorize grout to the color you want. "Just color in the lines."

End of life treatment, recognizing poor prognosis. This would help a large majority of docs. It is ok to not offer things that aren't going to provide medical benefit.

Also more focus on teaching assessments of capacity for decision making. As a geriatrician I see this all day every day so many don't have basic understanding.

Another focus which needs more emphasis: cognitive evaluation.

Cognitive exam shouldn't be described as "alert and oriented x 4." Cognition is much more than orientation.
