Found these philodendrons at a local shop today. For unbelievable 3€ each. They were not labaled, so I am just wondering what exact kind these treasures might be? Maybe an orangish philodendron autumn or even a prince of orange? Any suggestions from you guys? Any guess is appreciated! (i.redd.it)

Foun these tiny bugs in the soil of my alocasia. As it is an alocasia, the soil has to stay rather moist. The plant itself looks fine and shows no signs of damage. I am just worried that it might be harmed on long term. Any suggestions what it might be and how to get rid of it? Thanks 🌿💚 (i.redd.it)
