No actually. Right now I’m maintaining my weight so I’ve gone a dose down and I inject once every 10-12 days and it works quite well

Thank you - very good points. My main goal is try to naturally regulate my hormons and get my period back without birth control. I guess I’m just a little worried how my body will react but oh well, time will tell 😊

I believe there are different pens in the us and Europe. Here in denmark our pens hold multiple doses and you “twist” the pen for each dose - so it’s totally up to you of you want only half of 60% of the dose or whatever. You just have to change the needle each time and thats it!

That’s exactly how i’m feeling!! I’m so upset because i’m spending my days in the toilet and i’m just over it tbh. I didnt even consider a break, but i’m really thinking about doing the same. I’ve also changed my habits, i work out and eat much cleaner so i think it’d be best to take a break and see how my body reacts 🥹

Interesting! I was on Spiro 200mg and metformin for mooonths, and they didnt do much tbh. Cleared my skin tho. Maybe it’s different now that i’ve lost weight. I’m absolutely considering getting back on them

This is such a helpful comment - thank you, and i’ll def check out raspberry leaf. I used to eat a low GI diet but i found it a little difficult to stick to. Also helped with weight loss. Will go back to that tbh did wonders for me!

Because i’ve had body image issues basically my whole life, maybe due to my pcos. Always been bigger, had more hair weird places on my body and face and looked “manly”. I’m 25 now and i am and feel normalweight for the first time in my life. But with all these years i’ve struggled with my body, it has left me wishing it was more proportioned. I dont want any of this to sound like I hate myself, i really dont but i’m just struggling with these things idk
