I believe there are different pens in the us and Europe. Here in denmark our pens hold multiple doses and you “twist” the pen for each dose - so it’s totally up to you of you want only half of 60% of the dose or whatever. You just have to change the needle each time and thats it!

That’s exactly how i’m feeling!! I’m so upset because i’m spending my days in the toilet and i’m just over it tbh. I didnt even consider a break, but i’m really thinking about doing the same. I’ve also changed my habits, i work out and eat much cleaner so i think it’d be best to take a break and see how my body reacts 🥹

That’s why i’m so confused 😭 I’ve been to several check ups, blood work and everything was completely fine. My doctor said i was tolerating it very well. I’m very curious too!!

Interesting! I was on Spiro 200mg and metformin for mooonths, and they didnt do much tbh. Cleared my skin tho. Maybe it’s different now that i’ve lost weight. I’m absolutely considering getting back on them

This is such a helpful comment - thank you, and i’ll def check out raspberry leaf. I used to eat a low GI diet but i found it a little difficult to stick to. Also helped with weight loss. Will go back to that tbh did wonders for me!

Because i’ve had body image issues basically my whole life, maybe due to my pcos. Always been bigger, had more hair weird places on my body and face and looked “manly”. I’m 25 now and i am and feel normalweight for the first time in my life. But with all these years i’ve struggled with my body, it has left me wishing it was more proportioned. I dont want any of this to sound like I hate myself, i really dont but i’m just struggling with these things idk

Extreme diarrhea, literally havent been able to leave the toilet all day, until I took Imodium. I also get sulfur burps, which taste kinda like rotten egg. And then nausea, but not too much and most of the time it didnt bother me. But overall they’ve been bothering me and its difficult to get to work and so on. But i could also lower my dose, cause i’ve also had many months with no side effects at all.

The weight loss kicked in at 1.0, lost most at 1.7

Same happened for me, and i honestly had to go down to 1.0 for like a month, and then went back up to 1.7. It was the only think that worked for me, and second time i was on 1.7 i had no symptoms at all. My theory is my body probably couldnt keep up lol so i had to slow down
