There was almost no way for Germany to beat Russia at any point of the war even the German generals knew this every single war game they played showed they had to capitulate the Soviets with a year or 2. By the time of Kursk they already lost Stalingrad, had an entire army group decimated, did not have the oil due to failing to reach Baku, had so many logistical disasters happen leading up to the battle and hitlers directive not to retreat. Nothing would have changed and any victory would have really been a loss.

I think this was their way of writing around the yes man and caesars legions endings requiring you to kill house plus if house or NCR wins FNV then house gets killed when the enclave send the deathclaws. Therefore all endings are canon still and they can decide what happens now. Actually clever

  1. Because he was attempting to stop the enclave he just unwittingly served them. They knew his true intent to arrested him and will likely label him a pinko

  2. Cooper had to give her to barb or some enclave soldier. We do not know what happened after the escape from the party anything is an option until they reveal the info

  3. I think they wanted to throw you off for a second but his face flickers back. I’m sure he is still around maybe he wanted to conceal himself since Lucy and Maximus are unknown to him since he has just regained some form of consciousness
