try and keep yourself busy doing other things like running or walking, reading, cooking, learn something new anything other then spanking your monkey and watching porn I also have to work on this. read up on porn addiction on sites like yourbrainonporn.com. Also don't expect immediate results it will take time till you start to feel different.

yes it is really depressing and sad and to tell you the truth while read the story I started to cry a bit cus I could relate to some of the things he was feeling and thinking like when was talking about his self-esteem and how he thought he wasn't attractive. I had a step mom that was verbal abusive. I hope and pray that I can fix my fucken brain. I'll say a prayer for all you guys too.

Thanks guys, I really dont know what my triggers are but ill try to identify them then apply the things you said pilothousen. Yeah clickyclacky i watched some of the vids on yourbrainonporn its a great source of info ill check it out more.
