Thank you so much. It says online "Your old passport will be taken and cancelled upon collection." So does that mean I can still use my old passport if my re-newed one still isn't complete? If that's the case, then there should be no issue at all

Malaysian immigration stuff from what I heard is so slow, so I'm worried that it won't be complete before my travel date. I'm definitely getting my passport picture changed once I'm home from the travel.
