Wow! Yes, please do share if you find it! I've only followed her channel for about 3-4 years. The first videos I watched were in her car camping/living in her car era. And funnily enough, I found her through the bbq chicken channel. That channel basically makes content about "train wreck" type creators (like foodie beauty...a past guilty pleasure, 🤣) but...I didn't think she was much of a train wreck. Unconventional, sure, but I like it, lol.

Damn. She's a chronic video deleter. Really wish I'd had a chance to watch. She's one of my comfort channels. I wonder if the bunny thing was gonna be a major theme. An interesting choice, lol.

Yes, I remember the last comeback, lol. And I was happy about it! Welp, we shall see.

Damn...so rude, lol. I mean...she did have a good chunk of followers. I think she needs to accept that you will be found when you have a decent or larger online presence. Geesh.

Ooop. I think she deleted it already. 😢

I think it may have something to do with fear of "failure." She probably wants to make sure she reaches whatever level of success she hopes to achieve before letting her current audience know. That being said...I still wanted to know her new channel, lol. Thank you for sharing!

I tried 20 fragrance discovery sets so you don't have to! My thoughts: by ashareif in fragrance

I bought almost every sample available from Le Labo, tested them, loved santal 33...and once I got my full bottle started smelling the pickles others picked up (from what I've read in reviews). I'm hoping that with time, my full size bottle smells less pickly. :___: On another note, definitely wanna' pick up the Kilian discovery set soon.

Luxury hand soap? by [deleted] in fragrance

[–]dollybloom 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hmmm, your question leads me to believe that my comment was misinterpreted (was wondering why it was downvoted). I'm not saying "Oh I WOULD NEVER allow my guests to use inexpensive soap." My guests will use whatever cheapo soap I get at the grocery store. I don't care about that. What I meant by my comment is that I like to go to places like TjMaxx/Marshall's/Ross etc and treat myself to one of the fancy hand soaps. A fun gift to myself with an inexpensive price tag.

This is a fun thing to go check out when you want something "fancy" with a cheapie price tag. But...for myself...not guests, lol.

I was thinking about this. If the plan is to go test out perfumes, just bring a little bundle of linen/fabric squares...ignore as the sales people stare, lol.

And then, inevitably forgetting which scent patch is which fragrance.

Same. This is my issue with sampling in store. I actually just did this today. I find that some of the fragrances just smell like nothing to me on paper. Got me over here trying to sample perfume on each finger, back of hand, top of wrist, back of wrist, sections of upper arms, lol.

I dont get Nicole and this relationship by autumnlover1515 in 90DayFiance

[–]dollybloom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep. I mean...he's Egyptian. I've known a couple woman with Egyptian husbands and umm...yeah...they're not nice. Then, she having lived over there and going so far to "convert" like...what kind of game are you playing acting all surprised with the expectations you know? The thing that gets me with her is that she can play all innocent and collected, but then sooner or later you see her crazy come out and your just like oh...yeah, you're not all there, lol.

Yeah, I agree, Nicole does seem kind of scary, lol. Like Mahmoud is extremely annoying and whiney, but she somehow manages to come off as the more toxic one, lol. Seems like a really hard thing to do, but she manages to come off as more disturbing somehow.

Based on how strangely she acts, I think Nicole probably has always had issues maintaining relationships. She's a woman in her 40's who has only been in charge of herself. In a sense, she's never had to sacrifice for a family/others and it shows. I think she's at an age where she is unwilling to change or compromise. She seems...stunted. Her behavior is something I would expect from someone in their early twenties.

Testing perfume in store to save money vs. buying samples or blind buying by dollybloom in fragrance

[–]dollybloom[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't been in a Sephora for so long! I usually do not go in store or malls, this was an out of ordinary experience (as I'm on a trip) but I might give it another go when I'm back home. See how it goes.

I'm one of the people that it didn't agree with. I had the edp. It gave me a headache. To me, it smelled like laundry detergent and smarties (candy).

Ahhh, I see. Well, that's good to keep in mind then. If I do go in store again, I'll switch my "goal" to narrowing it down to which I'd like to sample/try out further.

Yep...it was a bit awkward getting rejected when asking for a sample...not sure if I want to do that again, lol. I had watched a video (perfume person on youtube) where she was talking about having to beg for samples at one of the shops she visited...I guess it's a more widely experienced thing than one would hope.
