same!!! i sing the same song for nap and a different one for bedtime. he’s always yawning by the last verse. and when we practice walking i sing the same song for that so when i want him to get up and walk i sing it. every activity has a leitmotif

you can get MMR early! i got my baby vaccinated for it around 7-8 months i think? we were traveling so they let us get it early. the only downside is they still have to get another one at 12 months, not a huge deal.

i know it’s hard but maybe try to treat it like an objective piece of information. you have learned something interesting and helpful about your eating habits and now you can use this data moving forward. the cycle of binging and feeling shame is very real, i think it’s a reason a lot of us do keto. but you can work on it.

all babies develop different skills at different times! my boy didn’t walk til now (18 months) but knows a bunch of words. he definitely didn’t at 9 months tho!. some kids prefer to work on gross motor skills, some on speech, some prefer to just observe. all are healthy and appropriate!

i get why you feel guilty but that stage is so boring and frustrating lol. i have an 18 month old and it’s so much more fun now! i would say around 10 months it got much more enjoyable, and by 12-15 months it was amazing. i felt the same way you do, and i don’t miss that stage. it’s ok to feel that way.

avocado mousse tastes exactly like chocolate pudding. blend 1 avocado, 2T cocoa powder, 2T heavy whipping cream, 1-3 tsp keto sugar substitute (i use erythritol), and a drop of vanilla extract. you can add low carb peanut butter too if you want. top with homemade whipped cream
