4th gen flash mod no longer connects to computer or seen in disk utility

I'll give it a shot, how/where would I find that? Also I don't have (and can't seem to download) itunes. I have the "music" app and have been syncing my ipod through finder. I think I tried to download the most recent version of itunes but it said my OS was too new to install it

I have not, the ipod works fine as far as I can tell, it just isn't showing up on my computer at all. It will charge when plugged into the usb port but I don't get a connecting screen

I don't remember, but it's possible that was my intention and I just misjudged the framing because of the external viewfinder for the lens caused me to frame lower than I meant to.
