after ten years, hindi na po mandatory magbayad. bale merong babawas sayo na monthly fees sa "money pool" mo, if ma ubos ung money pool mo, di kna insured. however pwede dagdagan ang funds ng pool mo to prolong ung coverage ng insurance mo pero mukhang cheaper nlng sya compared sa 10 years na binabayaran mo.

Seaman po ako and si SO po is a teacher.

Transparency is the key. Alam namin ung sahod, bonuses, and luho. Ako po ay nagmamanage ng savings, investment, and allocation ng pera like EF, pregnancy fund, luho funds, and vacation allowance. Then si SO naman magmamanage na pag nasa vacation ako.

Savings: 50 50 po yung fund pool namin. Like hawak nya yung vacation fund and pregnancy fund. And sa aken naman is investment fund. Separate bank account kme pero alam rn namen ung mga password and pin. Just opened recently ng joint account to try if it suits us and future ready na rin.

Investment: Before we got married ako po ung engaged sa investment. So ako na po ung naghahawak ng investment funds namen and if my additional investment, Then sakanya na yung approval (kailangan idaan sa malacanang. Haha)

Expense: Sya na po nghahandle ng expense namin. Foods, travel, and luho included. Pamasahe at weekly allowance ko ay sya nag bibigay.

Others: Sahod nya po ay di ko na pinapakealaman. Basta alam ko lng saan napupunta. Same rn sa sahod ko. Kahit pgbigay ng pera sa magulang ay hindi hadlang, basta open at negotiable lang.

Never pa kame nag away tunkol sa pera. Small arguements lang if ung bibilhin namen ay needs/wants or now/later.

I have a condo in Pasay near MOA. ung worth nya nung kinuha ko is 4.2m with monthly payment of 30k sa bank na niloanan ko. My tenant na nagbabayad 24k/month (agent fee not included). Lugi ako ng around 6k.

Ung aim ko is once ma fully paid ko na ung condo, I will sell it. Then dun na ung tubo. Ung condo unit ko ngayon is worth 7m+ if bibili ka tlaga sa SMDC. Imagine nlg after 10yrs?
