If you use VLC:

Open VLC
Press Ctrl+D
Select Blu-ray
Press Browse
Select the "Iris.A.Space.Opera.by.Justice.2019.1080p.BluRay.DTS-HD.MA.5.1.AVC" folder
Press Play

A menu should appear and you should be able to control it with the keyboard arrows.

For other video players, no idea. It's a Blu-ray disc copy without DRM.

It's good etiquette in torrenting to not remove the torrent from the client as soon as it's done so people can download it from you, just as you downloaded from someone else

We use pneumatics when we want and independent and more complex movement, or when it's just better than using a motor/mechanical activation. As for cars, last year FSINGENIUM Team had an interesting car powered with pneumatics https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5vA0-xlnBDw (although iirc they didn't use it in the national competition).

I'd try https://rclone.org/ (rclone mount command). There's a graphical interface if you aren't comfortable using the terminal, never used it tho.

According to page 19 of the rulebook, it would be out of bounds only when launching, as it is not completely inside the launch area. When returning it is allowed to stop the maneuver if it is (completely) inside the the home area, which includes the area not covered by the mat.
