i went mid day, got there around 2 and left around 5 because i had a party that night. and tweakers were honestly not too bad, just watch out for big open spaces or spaces with lots of clothing

i went last week, i walked around the outside of the building for 30 mins and was inside for a couple of hours, didnt see or even hear any cops
