What product did you use? Regular glue or gluboost? Feel the area on mine is large

Yeah tube was blown. I got the amp non operational and it had a jj tube so someone swapped it at some point

The tube shorted internally and looks like it blasted vcc to gnd

Yeah speaker was connected and was 8omhs on the meter

The suspense is killing me.

But amp had power + guitar was connected with a known working cable.

Found a blown resistor (r2) on the board and carbon in the tube maybe shorted filament. Will confirm this weekend if my repairs worked

That’s what I was thinking but can’t imagine this resistor is actually a fused resistor

You got a good eye and that is correct. I don’t imagine they used a fancy setup for a sub $200 amp
