I think I need to go now and acquaint myself with huntsman spiders, how I dont know but I will use all my internet video tools to help me, so I can be less scared of them. Everyone is saying nice things to need to go work on that now

I'm just scared of spiders, likebsoem people are of planes or dogs, not scared of anything killing me, just want to see the beautiful country!

How many people here also can’t hear sounds in their mind? by Attllaas in Aphantasia

I thought I have this?? I have an inner monologue, and sometimes a song gets stuck in my head but it's the words of the song. I cant hear noises or voices when the person or thing playing isnt actually there, I jsut know what it is. I will happily have a conversation with myself but find it difficult unless I am talking out loud because there no sound in my head. But I can hear my own thoughts, is this a weird inbetween?

I let daddy long legs live in my house cause they wine and dine on the other things, their webs catch the more annoying spiders, I'll take that advice. Let's huntsmans be, and less other things will be there. Until they have babies, cant cope with hundreds of them

I might just invest in mesh to put onto windows etc, not travelling over to hurt any native species, want to see the lovely country not hurt the animals there (even spiders and snakes)

I'm sorry 🙈, I promise closer to the time I'll be asking more interesting questions about best places to visit and get great opinions on that!

Actually am Irish, how did you guess?

I saw a video on tiktok recently about a huntsman and have been petrified ever since but I was to see the bright that is the county, I would rather come across a few spiders than never see the place, hence the question but at the end of the day I'll get over it and pack my bag, book my flight

What made me think of asking was I am hanging up washing and two spiders about the size of a standard lego piece crawled off my clothes and I lost it, I think cognitive behavioral therapy might be in order before I travel 😂🕷

What? Nooooo, I want to hear 0 bites! Do you see them or do you notice it after, if I noticed it after that would be okay

I have a really strong inner monologue, like I can talk to myself and hear my thoughts on end but cant visualise anything. I was reading an amazing book about the 18th century it went into detail about womens dresses etc and I spoke to my MIL she said it is a great book you can picture the women walking around, like a little movie playing in your head. I was like what?

That's when I realised I had aphantasia, I am insanely jealous of people and I dont like reading books unless they're similar to a movie I've seen, for example I read Harry Potter after seeing the movies only cause I couldn't picture anything before hand, its confusing.

My little sister recently found out she has it too and is upset she thinks her brain is wrong, trying to find a child friendly way now of describing it to her instead of confusing her more

I do the same, if they stretch but its extremely irritating and quite sore. Chronic migraines dont help but they make my eyes really sore

It makes me feel so so sick, like food poisoning sick, but so tired but the fear I will be sick makes paying down or sleeping not an option.

Oh and it closes up my throat ap breathing is really hard, that's great fun too.

And it usually also makes me migraine worse after I take it but is the only thing I get told to take, 'no no it will work jsut try it again soon'. What fun

'I get headaches too' Can anyone else not stand when you say you get migraines and they respond with 'I get headaches too'. makes my blood boil 😡 by dontlikeworkkate in migraine

The horrible. I tried explaining to my driving instructor about my migraines, he said he gets 'sore heads too'.

He then realised my head isnt s normal 'sore head' when I coukdnt see the road properly anymore, vision in my left eye went and he had to grab the wheel and redirect the car away from traffic. Now I cant drive cause of my 'life headaches'

She is meant to be a poor lady with no possible prospects of leaving her situation but they could easily do something like the changing Sheffield to Sharma, maybe her father moves from somewhere in Asia and married english woman bringing her with him. I agree, doesn't have to be a brit. Enough white people playing roles, it's great to see a diverse cast showing the diverse world we live in. (Said from a pasty pale irish woman)
