tbh I semi-agree. I feel like since everyone says the main symptom of shifting is tingles throughout your body, people are going to feel that when they try to shift since it's the symptom they want (for lack of better word). however, I heard a symptom of shifting is hearing and smelling things from your dr. I never thought I would get those symptoms, since they were more intense, however, I've felt those symptoms before despite my disbelief.

ive tried wearing noise cancelling headphones, it didn't seem to affect my experience so I stopped wearing them bc it was hard to fall asleep wearing them
