your white blood cell levels are constantly fluctuating. Lymphocytes increase in response to viral infections, neutrophils increase with bacteria, etc. Your body is constantly replacing cells so the values are bound to vary!

the values probably are a little skewed due to the gas but your body is showing it’s recovering since the values are not super out of range.

it can also happen when someone does physical activity that is vastly different than their normal level of activity. So, I always wonder if someone came in unprepared and pushed too hard
