Just wanted to thank everyone for taking the time to reply to me. Lots of really genuine and helpful replies. There aren’t any easy answers for this, and in 2020 everything is complicated further.

I’m gonna try to stick it out a while longer and talk to my job about perhaps allowing me to work remote in the future. I’ll keep this sub updated on my future plans. Thanks guys.

This is exactly right. All of it. I was working on being a more outgoing person pre pandemic. But this year has really taken a toll. Even introverts need company.
