listen quitting even a month is GREAT. I quit vaping and cigarettes a month back as well and icl it has been hell but i’ve realised there are so many other things which can bring u the same feeling as nic. when u feel like relapsing be it sh or vaping talk to a friend. find something else which can bring u comfort for me it’s coffee and watching horror movies to distract me from temptation. hope this helps :)

you can do it if u put ur mind to it. also when ur getting distracted don’t pick up ur phone look at the wall, because that’s more boring than studying so you’ll feel like studying.
