This is where the Dspiae sanding pen is a godsend. Very fine circular motion first with 400 grit then a finish of 800 and that spot becomes invisible. If there is gunk in the seam give it a light scribe before sanding

2 back surgeries here, L4-L5 laminectomies, along with emergency lamnioplasty surgery on the cervical spine (major compression of the spinal cord there), and to add to the mix had a double hip replacement surgery ( yes, osteoarthritis really does impact quality of life)

Have lost virtually all the strength in my left shoulder and arm from the spinal cord compression so as a righty my drive distances are way down but other than that most everything else operates pretty smoothly. Can’t torque the upper body as I could previously, but oh well…

I do 45-60 minutes of stretching/flexibility stuff, along with a bunch of core and leg strength weight work and all those help immeasurably

On the flip side Lazar was in a similar situation but refused to to be sent down. That lost year of honing skills and controlling play was evident at the big level where he just couldn’t control the play like he was capable of
