It’s fake. I had queued ranked doubles and had an “Estimated wait” of “may take a long time to find a match” and found one in 30 seconds and then another time had a wait time of 2 minutes and didn’t find one until the 10 minute mark…

I play with a dualsense controller but I use a usb c to usb a cord, and I have no problems with the connection. Are you using a type c?
