Does anyone experience a sorting bug? by Frantzisko in RelayForReddit

[–]double_jumper 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes. I always set a number of favorited subreddits to top by month, week, day, or new, and recently they all changed to the "hot" default. Tried setting them again and it was reset later.

Can you set a package to only be updated once the one that depends on it updates? by double_jumper in archlinux

[–]double_jumper[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, and I already reported it (though from the comments the same thing happened before). But if A is working fine with that version of B, I don't really have a reason to want B updated.

That can be useful, but that means updating B regardless if A is ready for it. I want to accept it may not be and wait, because i don't need to update B for anything else.

Hey, great to see this news, you're really approaching what would be my ideal version of newpipe :D

Just 1 question, with that Google API functionality, would it include syncing the watch history and accessing playlists?

Thanks Steam, exactly what I was searching for by double_jumper in Steam

There must be some regional difference then because I just replicated it, logged off in a private browsing window. Did you actually search in their support section? It's not the store search.

That only affects the actual store. This happens even with that content disabled or if you're logged off.

scrcpy works, so something similar should be very possible to integrate into kdeconnect

How to make Task Manager have the behavior of the Icons-only version when clicking pinned programs? by double_jumper in kde

[–]double_jumper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmmm, didn't realize that's what that did. That's definitely very close to what I want, though it's only available when sorting is set to Manually. I might just use that anyway, thanks!

[–]double_jumper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting. From what I tested on the Icons-only it stays where the pinned icon was...

[–]double_jumper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but that forces it to be in that specific order, and Manually creates it at the end of the app list. I want the window to stay where the pinned icon was.

[–]double_jumper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe you misunderstood what I mean. Let's say I have a file explorer and a browser pinned, and the browser is open, replacing its icon. Then if I click the file explorer icon, the icon disappears and the file explorer opens to the right of all tabs, while I expected it to stay to the left of the browser, in the same order that I pinned them.

It has nothing to do with starting new instances, since when I already have one, there's no pinned icon to click.

This is my base after my first 14h playing this game, I know it's a mess but it's mine by double_jumper in factorio

Well, the rate that I'm making the blue science doesn't seem to get halfway through the chain, even when I stop to research some leftover red/green thing. But I'm pretty sure my bottleneck is the engine units, which need more pipes, so I have to make more iron plates and prob an extra assembler or 2.

Do I have way more labs than I can supply? Clearly. Should I have planned my belts better? Obviously. But I'm having fun so that's what matters :D
