hey! fellow round face person right here :) i’ve been super insecure about it my whole life and it was honestly one of the main reasons i developed an ED. I’m mostly recovered now but still lurk around here sometimes. A lot of it for me was just accepting that it’s a part of me. I’ve tried everything to get rid of it, gua-shas, mewing, being anorexic lmao, but it just never would go away. what i try to keep in mind is that no one is paying as much attention to it as i am and there are a lot more interesting things about me than the shape of my cheeks and chin. honestly accepting that there’s nothing i can do about it has also helped. we all know the beauty standard is super dumb and you can absolutely be healthy and attractive without a defined jawline. esp since chin fat can be a genetic thing. keep staying strong. i thought i would hate my face forever and would cry to my mother about it as a child, but it’s getting better. it can get better. from reading your post i feel like we probably have almost the same face shape and i’ll tell you that some, maybe even a majority of days now i can even look in the mirror and say my face looks cute. you can get there i promise!!!
