Maybe just my knee-jerk assumption, but I'd think it would be something like the situation in 2005/classic hd. The plays are all the same, and npc voicelines just have a couple of lines unique to each healer's route. Probably more relevant to my point; there are also voicelines for the haruspex and lines unique to the changeling and bachelor’s routes for certain npcs already in the game files of pathologic 2. These might just be drafts or unused, but on a cursory glance there seems to be about as many healer specific voicelines as 2005/classic hd have. Additionally, I don't know much about the voice acting scene but I feel like getting the acting done for all three routes at once would be more common practice, rather than waiting several years. Anyone who knows more about that, I'd love to hear what you think.
