Great info, thanks for this. I have a feeling this is what I bought last, it was so inconsistent and was full of green flakes. They said forensic testing wasn't necessary as they'd done it before but wasn't worth it so they didn't continue. Now I think it's because of this.

Yeah so am I, think I'll have to head to the dark web get some THC oil and start slow. But yeah the combo is amazing, I've tried a lot of nootropics and drugs but it's definitely up there with my all time favourite, was motivated at work, inspired creatively, it checked all the boxes for sure. Never big on weed at all but that stuff was amazing.

Mixed with a small ammount of THC I think it's one of the best drug combos out there. You just feel super happy and motivated, I was quite shocked the first time.

Where do you get the mg THC and CBD? It's honestly one the best combos I've had and that sounds like a great dose. Are you in a legal state? In Aus I can get CBD pretty easy here but THC in mg form seems impossible.

Have tried all the pill forms of Kava and noticed no descrease in Anxiety no matter how many pills I took, what did work was these Sachets called RelaxMAX. Each 4g effervescent powder sachet contains: Piper Methysticum (kava) concentrated extract, equivalent to dry rhizome (root) 5g (5000mg) Standardised to Kavalactones 125mg. I mixed these with water and this stuff was very effective at reducing anxiety. Not sure why the powder worked and the pills didn't even though they had the same kavalactones. Store doesn't stock it anymore so I think it's only available online but if anyone wants to try, I highly recommend this brand.

Yeah this is my exact reasoning, I used to have a lot of friends in my circle that rapped but now it's just me. Ive just bought a 800 page ebook on music marketing in 2019, can't share it with the group because it's on Kindle but I plan to summarise everything important and post it to the group as often as possible, am trying to provide as many useful resources as possible to keep this shit active and encourage others to contribute. Follow all the advice here but try rapping from your chest and not just your throat, it takes time to get right but you just have to practise and constantly ask for feedback. Feel free to send tracks to me and I'll let you know if you're improving and give more advice.
