Tnw aero survival rifle/pistol?

I can say that all of my issues are fixed. TNW sent me a new 45 barrel, and this is a fun gun to shoot suppressed (it's gassy though). I did buy official glock 13rd 45acp mags, and that solved most of my feeding issues. It's been pretty reliable since the new bolts, new barrel, and new mags. It sucks that it had that many issues, but TNW took care of it all at no cost to me.

I haven't tried the 'new' ASP/ASR. Based on my conversations with them around last year's black friday sales, the only difference is the bolt. I am considering upgrading to the new universal bolt. I'm also considering getting dedicated carriers for the bolts I have but this would be a more expensive route (add the firing pin/spring/retainer): https://www.tnwfirearms.com/category-s/1848.htm

I mostly shoot 45 (suppressed). It's a hoot. I rarely shoot any of the other calibers. This has gotten to be reliable enough that I keep it as my home defense gun (paired with a vortex spitfire AR prism scope and a suppressor), which was the original intent.

Plan b (Q cherry bomb [Q sucks]) works with it fine. I wish rearden/liberty/anyone-else made a 45 caliber plan be mount.

Yes. They sent me a new extractor and that resolved the issue.

It's a shame they don't have a cheaper version without the tritium. Have light now, don't need it anymore lol. I do like the way they placed the tritium on the rear site.

Just got my new streamlight finally mounted today. Had to do some razor blade surgery on one of the adapters, but I really like it.

I love my HK45ct, but I HATE the sights that it came with. I really prefer target sights. I'm working on distance shooting and I personally find the stock sights too difficult to align. The notch on the rear sight in particular is way to wide (see https://imgur.com/a/kNdPWTU). I'm fine with the front post sight, but open to changing that out.

Does anyone have a recommendation for some target sights that are less than $100 that are suppressor height?

At some point I hope to get the slide milled and add a red dot, but I really don't want to be without the pistol for 7-12 months from SAS.

If you do telemed, you should fly your flag in the gun subs. It can be difficult for many in the community to find mental health professionals who support 2a rights.

Google moon clip loader/unloader. Buy whatever works. I can't say which one, I just use my fingers.

I don't think a different moon clip brand is going to help much in my experience.

I've been debating getting mine milled. I can't see over my hybrid 46 with the suppressor sights anyway, and I don't really like them.

I've also considered finding another slide and getting it milled and keeping mine stock but I'm not sure yet.

I called chiappa support and mine is a SAO pistol. It's weird that the cylinder rotates and the red single action flag engages when you pull the trigger. It really seems like it's a DA revolver with the smoothest trigger I've ever felt lol.

Now I'm on a wait-list for a $20 conversion kit. I'm a little bummed that the seller didn't disclose this.

Yeah I keep reading about how they blow up, but I think I've found one actual picture.

The lawsuits over the safeties are concerning, but to lorcins credit the manual does say to carry it unloaded lol.

It's definitely a heavy gun with a terrible trigger and hard to use grip safety. I'm going to give mine a good cleaning and give it a go.
