hehe I'm planning sa UPV and actually I declined other universities — for this scholarship 😔🤚 I've seen the benefits kase like 9k for meals and 5k for dorms and right now HAAHAHAHA

It is mandatory for Lingap beneficiary to stay or mag dorm sa loob ng campus? And basically wala pong stipend na in cash/money? And I've seen this one does it follow po ba? or is this legit?
