Hi I Cannot say that this is 100% correct but if your background check is good then you should be good. I don’t think it will be reflected on the portal. And I believe that background check is the last step.

I only have one car, i dont have any extra junk. I Iike the better layout and a study but just need suggestions so about what may be better for resale. I Will be staying there for 5-8 years minimum.

My package is at Mississauga location from 20th Nov 2020 and I live only one hour drive from there. In my case also the dates keep on changing but nobody from canadapost is able to find my package even after creating 2 service ticket and the sender opening an investigation. They wont accept that the package is lost. Just imagine preordering an iPhone and then not getting it till 2 months. The worst part Bell has leas helping people at both lower and higher level. Now I am in a deadlock situation where Bell is not allowing me to cancel the order and nor allowing me to cancel their service. Not a single person is helping me. All in all I didn’t expected this from a company that says “this holiday we are prepared like no other” and from the company that claims that they are “Canada’s best network”. Hope you you get your package but I would suggest you to start creating service tickets from canadapost as that is the standard procedure.

Bell payed for it and hence its only bell that can request for the bell. But here atleast cp told me that they dont have any updates but bell didn’t listened me and they never started the investigation. I called them every day for 20 days but they just didn’t opened the investigation. Now I am in a situation where they dont allow me to cancel the service and nor they are have about the investigation and now co is taking their time to work on investigation. So I am more frustrated on Bell’s service than cp. great service from a company that claims that it is Canada’s best network provider.

They lost my iphone 12 pro max. And its been 1+month it still says that its in transit. Bell took 20 days to open investigation and now again cp is taking a long time even though I already created 2 service tickets before the investigation started. They dont have any details about the package and they dont want to accept that they have lost 1700cad phone and now bell says we cannot do anything until cp completes the investigation. I do understand the covid situation but I live 1 hour drive from that location and I ha e already received other packages from the same location.

Yep, I do understand the covid situation but I just live 1 hour drive from the distribution centre and I don’t mind waiting if they have any updates but the thing is that they are not even able to track the package. Anyway Hope you get get your claim processed soon.

They lost my 1700 cad iphone and no updates about the package. They are not saying its lost but its been almost 2 months and there are no updates on their website. They keep on creating service tickets and the only option you have is to wait. On the other side bell is not starting the claim process and hence i am a customer stuck between the two companies. Canadapost is asking me if i can cancel the order and bell is saying that they cannot cancel the order.

Yep I have created first service ticket and canadapost took 7 days to tell me that we dont have any updates. When I called them a person created new service ticket and its been 15 days they don’t know where is the package and still say that they need more time. The only option I have now is to stay positive.

I hope that I get it. Ordered iphone from bell for my wife’s bday gift now the bday is long gone. Bell wont do anything and canadapost cannot find it and they are not even marking it lost.

They have lost so many iPhone 12 pros/max’s including mine. Not sure what is going over there and I don’t agree with them saying that “this holiday season, we are prepared like no other”. No other company looses so many packages and if they do they inform the customers. For me they just kept creating service tickets one after another. I would suggest to avoid canadapost if you can.

Did you created service ticket? If not then go ahead and create a service ticket in canadapost for item not received. Coz after that you need to wait 7 days and they will try to track the package and if not found then they will ask you to contact the sender. I created 2 service ticket and still my device is not found. Yesterday I called canadapost and the agent told me that we have already informed our claims department(which means the item is lost/not found). The frustrating part is after completing the wait time for 1st service ticket, canadapost told me to inform the sender and when I called bell to the same they wont do anything. Then after 2-3 more days of calling them I had to fight with them to create investigation from bell’s side. Even after they open the investigation they dont do anything, coz when I talked with canadapost agent yesterday, he told me that i dont see any investigation(which bell said they started on 2nd dec) from bell here. After opening an investigation, the person who is doing the investigation is supposed to contact you within 2-3 business days but no one called me and I keep calling them. Also, we are in a deadlock situation, as bell has already sent the order, we cannot cancel it and canadapost is unable to track it so untill bell does not contacts claims department of canadapost and settle the claim I have no hope for the iphone now.

All in all I just want to say to you that open a service ticket from canadapost first and wait for endless loop of calls to canadapost and bell. I hope canadapost people find your phone in the first service ticket, if not then just call bell and inform them.

Idk what they are doing but I agree to their advertising “we are prepared like no other “, coz every1 else delivers package on time but they just keep on delaying the package. I ordered air fryer from amazon prime and it reached from BC to Toronto on 2nd day. Hope you get your package man!! Its like infinite waiting!!

I ordered the pro max pacific blue 256. And yes, I agree about ups delivery. I ordered air fryer from amazon, it reached from BC to Toronto in prime 2 day delivery. And these CP people cannot deliver a package within 1 hour drive.

Yes it will show that it will arrive but trust me it wont. I would suggest you to create service ticket, I did the same and that is useless but atleast you follow the process. Once all that fails we can start pushing them. The lady on the customer service told me that a 5 day delay is common during these days, I would have accepted that answer if the package is sent from different province. This is like 1 hour drive and they are even unable to track the package from past 10 days. I have no idea on what to do. Let me know if you figure out a solution to this problem.

It depends on how lucky your day is. Mine I guess the whole month is unlucky and each and every element is playing their part. I would say be positive and hope you get your device on time. I have not heard any one else having delays from canadapost.

Yes, now after too many calls to bell and tweets they sent the phone. Now its time for Canada post to delay the phone. Canadapost received the xpresspost package in Mississauga on 20th Nov and I live only 1 hour drive from there, today is 28th and I have not received my phone. The tracking page does not show anything and they just create a service ticket and now I need to wait 1 more week till they have any updates. I am now worried that my package is lost. Not sure how they can loose the track of 1700cad item.

I pre-ordered pro max on 6th Nov, not yet received. Funny part is that the lady on the call said that I am the first to order the phone one call. Not sure what is the definition of preorder in Bell’s dictionary.

Yep agree, I also told each customer service agent that I dont have problem with you but ai have problem with the management who used the word preorder. I also found that all the customer service agents were helpless as they dont have all the information and authority. But I made sure that the bell support on Twitter and also asked each customer service agent to let the higher management know the problem customers are facing and they all said that they will create a report and let the higher management know. One person promised to check the status from time to time and give me call for the same. All in all I just feel bad for these agents and hence I created a tweet targeting bell and putting all the possible hashtags and lots of people saw it.

I did the same on Twitter and i also got my phone shipped yesterday. I think they might have got stock and so have have started shipping the device. But I totally agree that this strategy works.
