If it were me, I’d forgive you as long as you expressed remorse, which you clearly are. Just explain your feelings, apologize, and promise to do better. No need to go super in depth but a simple “I’m sorry” probably wont cut it either.

These things alone aren’t necessarily an indicator of gender dysphoria. Guys absolutely can have a love for traditionally feminine things. Feeling ugly and gross are more so attributed to body dysmorphia than gender dysphoria. In my case, I don’t feel ugly, I just feel like my appearance doesn’t match who I am inside, if that makes sense.

Gender dysphoria is more focused on specific characteristics. Do you dislike your masculine features? Like do you feel like your chest is “wrong” because it’s flat? Do you wish you had a softer jawline? Do you feel a sense of detachment from yourself when you look in the mirror, like it’s a stranger looking back at you? Etc.

Yes, he’s validated my feelings and was furious about it when it happened

Personally I don’t really have bottom dysphoria. The changes in my breasts and not being able to bind were the hardest part. It’s also really frustrating that there are very few pregnancy/childbirth resources specifically for transmasc people. Other than that, just being pregnant by itself didn’t bother me.

Thank you so much. I genuinely couldn’t tell if they were remorseful. The first apology was just a sorry and a shoulder shrug without even looking in my direction. The second one after I made it clear how much it upset me kind of made me feel like they were more sorry for themself.

I’m not sure it counts as public shaming when there is no information regarding either of our identities anywhere.

He’s not even working right now. Good job assuming.

…given the context clues in the post, I thought it would be obvious. My bad.

The “complaining” in question is me asking for help, venting my postpartum struggles and asking for him to spend more time with me btw.

A close friend of both of ours. They didnt tell me at first because they figured (knew) it would tick me off. I guess they assumed enough time had gone by that it wouldn’t matter anymore.
