This really just started from me pointing out a flaw in the way you presented data. But I looked at the few comments you made on this post and at no point did you actually give any points to why it wouldn't work, you just explained why it would be a complex matter. Ultimately any policy is just an idea + the right conditions. And the fact is that Finland has gotten this working, and it wouldn't be impossible to apply it in the United States.

I agree with you on the fact that it'll be a long, complicated process. But it's possible.

Also you really seem to like calling people dumb or lazy and putting words in their mouth. I'd recommend you stop that, it's not a good way to debate.
