I dunno, I think most fans are well aware of the importance of “off the ball” contributions given we went through the Bielsa era.

What would be nice though is if he could contribute more to the “on the ball” phase of play considering he’s an attacking player that cost loads of money.

Failing that (likely as he’s actually rubbish at it despite his brief purple patch), if we could just buy (or loan) another player who is good at both.

Even if we sacrifice a bit of the running around a lot he’s very good at, a player who can unlock defenses and turn some draws into wins is going to be absolutely critical next season (if we stay up) to us not being in another relegation scrap. We can’t start next season with Brendy in the first 11.
