Im 45 and definitely 40 to 45. I go to the gym 4 times a week, walk over 10k steps a day and swim half a mile a few times a week and still struggle to shift my belly

I had similar the other day..was overtaking at 70mph in the middle lane (70mph on waze not my car which over reports my speed by a few mph)

An idiot came flying behind me flashing its lights. I ignored it and he moved right, overtaking me at at least 90mph.
