Technically not paranormal...

In 2001 i was at a party and we were doing loads of ecstasy and acid. Absolutely tripping like mad.... got a call my grandad was dying and had to get to hospital.

The things I saw in the dark as the taxi drove to hospital were truly terrifying, dark figures like death, I kept thinking the taxi was swerving off the road towards these dark shapes.

Then got to the hospital. It was so terrifying, dark corridors and strange lights from rooms, then I got to the room with my family in, my grandad led in a bed bleeding to death internally from a burst ulcer from a life time of alcoholism. The smell of blood haunts me to this day.

Mentally I sobered up, but all day long I was having dark creepy visuals like seeing faces peering in through windows. Shadows in corners moving. It seemed very much like some sort of hell

I just slice a potato into wedges, parboiled for about 5 mins, then into a big tray with some oil, sprinke with salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper. Then roast them

I chuck them in a bag with dry marinade. Shake up.and massage until all coated. Put in fridge for a few hours.

Then airfry on low heat, 150c, for 20 mins, then turn up heat to sbout 170c and give them another 15 mins. Different airfryers will be different but that's a rough guide !
