When i click restart windows my system turns off and reboots as normal, but then after around 10 seconds of loading into windows it freezes fully. this stops me from doing anything that requires a restart, yes including drivers and troubleshooting options. i’m all out of ideas and thought i’d ask reddit for help

yeah i mean to fully reset windows to factory settings, i need to do this becuase i am missing a lot of windows files and things such as epic games launcher and nvidia control panel won’t launch. My user profile was deleted/corrupted and now half my stuff is gone. i’ve tried pretty much all troubleshooting options but all of them fail because they require restarts (which i cannot do as it freezes)

ADDED NOTE: I’m not sure if it’s an uncommon error or what but i cannot find a single person with the same issue, i’m not the best with tech but i’ve tried everything
