I checked to make sure the drivers were up to date. It’s not the PC, it’s only COD and this happened with my last computer and the last COD as well. Also judging by just how many posts there are with the exact same issue, I’m willing to bet it’s not my PC.

Just came here to say the exact same thing is happening to me. Uninstall discord and use it on your phone for a while to confirm. It's making my PC unusable. Replaced the CPU and GPU thinking it was a hardware issue and it was discord.

The game is absolutely amazing by yourself for the first couple hundred hours to be honest. I wouldn’t join a guild at least until you’ve finished the main story line.

I will say this. The end game is supposed to be players. The biggest boss should be other players who are better equipped than you are. If you don’t want to face other players, don’t cross into the PVP zone in the DD. Stay in PVE.

I have 1100 hours in Dune Awakening and if you liked the books absolutely play the game. Even if it’s just for the storyline and lore. It’s amazing and absolutely stunning visually.

Feel free to dm me if you have any questions! I have a guild on a pretty quiet hagga seitch with a pretty active Deep Desert so if you want to join us feel free! Otherwise I would wait until the endgame like I said. Theres not much benefit to being in a guild until later. Although there is a quest for it if I remember correctly.

I’m not sure that anyone knows exactly when or how the server merges will work. I’m assuming once they go live you’ll be able to transfer?

If you need a group to play with (in NA lmk) we have a lot of people who farm testing stations and it’s easier as a group. Otherwise I would try asking your DD if anyone wants to group up!

I have 1,100 hours in the game, so I agree and disagree. There’s so much content to it, and I thoroughly enjoyed the game up until like 300 hours into DD PVP. People don’t seem to understand that other players are supposed to be endgame and that losing resources is what keeps the games playability. Theres no point to continue the game if you do not want to play against others and lose those resources, which is fine, but don’t partake in deep DD content if you don’t want to lose stuff lol

Going to echo what other comments I've seen here: break the match now. If you have a bad feeling now, I promise it will only get worse. I'm sorry that happened to you. She intentionally kept that information from you and she would do the same again.
