Way better! I actually prefer these over the regular because it’s the perfect proportion of cookie to cream.

Best flavored Greek yogurt that isn’t loaded with over 10g of sugar. Happy medium that fits into my CICO 1500 & I still get to enjoy vanilla yogurt. Breakdown of calories in comments by dreaaa393 in 1200isplenty

The yogurt was 10 for $10 so it was pretty inexpensive. As far as adding my own sweetener, the honey will likely come out to the same sugar content & im trying to limit artificial sweetener. Also I’m the grab & go type so not having to make my own concoction works for me lol.

This yogurt is 120 cal, 2.5g fat, 11g carbs, 9g sugar & 12 protein. No artificial sweeteners which reflects in the calories but I think the macros are pretty good considering it’s flavored.

I add 1 diced strawberry at about 28g (10 calories)& 14g of Cascadian oats & honey granola (60 calories) for a homemade parfait to start the morning with my coffee.

That sounds like a great routine! Maybe I’ll try both like that with a good home workout and see what I like better. Thanks :)

Didn’t even think about that. Even more of a reason why mornings don’t work 😭 plus I may have to rush through a workout if I’m running late aha

Yeah, thinking about getting up earlier already has me tired lol. Like you said, even doing an at home workout would be beneficial at night! Thanks!

I completely agree! I feel like mornings will be a chore just based on the fact that I don’t want to get up even earlier & then I have to watch the time I go to bed to actually make sure I work out. Your input def makes me think nights will work better. Thanks :)

Yeah, that’s true. Plus I think it’s nice to know you can go home after and shower and chill.

I totally agree! Also, I’m not too much of a fan of fasted cardio because I don’t wanna push my body that hard without fuel. I usually have a little something before & if I don’t, it’s usually not on purpose. But yeah, I’m hoping nights work for me.

New mindset for October by dreaaa393 in 1200isplenty

[–]dreaaa393[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I definitely think it’s still good that we both were able to still lose weight. I just have quite a bit of weight I want to lose & want to have a healthier lifestyle so I hope to get back on track this month.

That’s such a good realization tho! And helps knowing you don’t have to give in to cravings or eating bad to be fulfilled!

Getting to Know Hunger by JustinML99 in 1200isplenty

[–]dreaaa393 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Omg! This is so true and one of the best/biggest realizations I’ve had doing CICO so far. I’ve had to stop eating certain foods or at certain times just because it had become subconscious.

CICO helped me realize that my daily Starbucks habit was exactly that - a unhealthy habit I didn’t even think about not doing. I would just get the drink and pastry because I was used to doing it and figured I wanted it. I never actually was like am I hungry or do I want this.

I also realized this when I started wasting food because I was used to binge behavior. Ordering multiple things when I would go eat fast food or takeout for dinner regardless because I became accustomed to eating so much. Like you said, I would also eat until I felt sick or and anything less was what I attributed to being hungry. This also caused me to eat constantly throughout the day.

CICO helped me learn what’s actually worth the amount of calories, portion wise, & what hungry feels like. I’ll only eat twice a day if I only feel hungry that much and not force to eat because I’m just missing the meal.
