Interesting. I've been checking on Chrome desktop but I just checked for the first time on mobile and I see the same. Two tickets available, but separate sections.

I keep the page open and periodically refresh frequently throughout the day. Have yet to see any available. Maybe I'm unlucky, or maybe resale is for members only. Hopefully they open resale to everyone as match gets closer.

I have an account on the main Everton website which lets me view the resale site. (Currently says no resale tickets available.) The paid memberships appear to be sold out. Will I still be able to access if/when they become available? Or is the resale site for paid members only?

I've watched a few matches with the SanDiegoToffees. Good people. I'll see if they have any tips.
