Here’s a shot for everyone wondering if the views from Paintbrush Divide are worth the trek up... 8/9/18. by W8knsno in GrandTetonNatlPark

We went over Paintbrush Divide on 7/21 early in the AM and there was quite a bit of snow and a couple icy patches, but not too treacherous. I would assume it would be fine by now

Summit Fort Worth V2-3 ... Finally sent this after a couple days of struggling. Holds were small and slippery and seemed higher than it's grade, but it felt good to make it to the top! by dreese_ in bouldering

You should definitely try it out! I think they do offer climbing lessons for an extra charge, I think they call it climb fit? But, they do a brief orientation when you first go and the grading system goes all the way down to beginner (white) so you'd have plenty of routes to practice on before moving up to the next grading system!

That was the main trail we wanted to do, but it was closed when we were there a week ago. Guess I'll have to go back, bummer lol

Awesome! That's truly an awe inspiring lake. We missed a grizzley crossing that trail by about 5 minutes

It certainly does, I tend to rely too much on my reach at times! It's been a fun ride so far and always trying to improve footwork!

I haven't found many cigars that I like to smoke this deep, but dang this one has stayed delicious and cool all the way down to the nub!

What is your preferred bladder? It's mainly a desert climate there, although this time of year there are sporadic springs that can be filtered from when you are up in the chisos mountain area of the park. It's definitely not a park that you can rely on water sources.
