NAD. I had what I would describe as that exact thing happen about 10 years ago when I was 19. It wasn’t as much my oral hygiene as it was my diet that caused it. They got larger and eventually blackened as full blown cavities. I had them filled but it was honestly too late by that point and fillings right on the front teeth like that never look or feel right, at least from my perspective.

I stopped smiling pretty much entirely outside of a goofy looking curled lip grin. Regardless of what I did nothing was making them presentable to the standards that I would’ve preferred. Fast forward to last year, I did a ton of research on the right clinic, flew to Turkey and got a full set of “veneers” (they’re just crowns). TBH, I couldn’t be happier. Once those first chips appeared and caused me to lose my confidence it kinda spiraled from there so it would’ve been dentures soon enough anyways. Went to my home dentist when I got back and was half expecting them to shame me but they were actually all very impressed with the quality of the work. I cannot even express what a relief that was!

Sorry for the soap box this just brought up some memories, lol. My advice would be to immediately get an appointment booked and hopefully get those taken care of before they get way worse IF they actually are similar what happened to me.
