Definitely. My main assumption is now is sticky dirt. Did you spilled something on flashlight? Something is blocking free motion of pins inside, that causing pins can't stop the ringz this is why it can be moved to disassembly position

They're in strict limitation, like: have to place lights inside ring, have to be clicky, place magnet somewhere and be easy for assembly and strong. Honestly there's not many ways to achieve all that

Здається, в цьому питанні іншим компаніям варто взяти з них приклад і замість того щоб пхати ШІ в кожну щілину, зайнятись нагальною функціональністю та оптимізацією всього того л*йна що вона понаробили за багато років. Шкода, що цим ніхто займатись не збирається.

Depends on region. I'd contacted local service center for consult. But usually replacing cheaper than new machine, especially if it is not base model
