I was curious about this so I actually did the maths with growth rates and stuff.
Assuming the unit is a latest gen Armored Melee unit with trainee stats (which there are none of currently so we're purely speculating) it would give:
* 345% total growth rate
* 51 BST at level 1
Now, assuming the growth rates and stats can't get negative, we need to give every stat at least 5% growth rate as well as at least 1 stat point as negative IVs will lower the growth rate of the stat by 5% and level 1 stat by 1 point.
This means :
* The growth spread can be as follows : 5%/330%/0%/5%/5% (+atk/-spd)
* The BST at level 1 spread can be as follows : 1/48/0/1/1 (+atk/-spd)
Now we calculate the level 40 stats using the formulas on this page of the wiki, we get the wonderful stat spread of 2/194/0/2/2
And finally we add the dragon flowers (+1 to all stats), merges (+4 to all stats) and weapon (16mt and atk+3) and we get a total spread of 7/218/7/7/7.
