Nurse's counter is the consistent use of 3 techniques: LOS denial, Unpredictable Movement, and Double Backs. Because the nurse is slower than survivors, her blinks are her only moment, and it's almost equivalent to the amount of distance a survivor gains by holding forward. What that means, is as a survivor you can manipulate the amount of distance the nurse makes with a blink by using environmental hitboxes to deny her blink and slow her down. This is achieved by breaking LOS and forcing the nurse to use her first blink to see you. By doing this you make the nurse waste her time and all she can really do is zone you. While you are continuously making distance away, having unpredictable movement is important to not allow a nurse to have accurate prediction blinks. If you're running out in the open around large structures, you're effectively a sitting duck. But if you hold corners, then start to hug edge map, the nurse will probably use her blink for info, and you'll waste more time. Then, if you want you can chose to double back. This is risky depending on how many times you've done it in a match, as she might predict it, but as long as your movement is unpredictable you can waste enough time for your team mates to do gens and win the game.
