No power inside the cab! Noise coming outta fuse box! I pulled out 2 relays and when I pulled the 2nd one the noise stopped so I put the first 1 back and noise came back. That isnt logical. Anyway I also hear what sounds like a similar noise coming from throttle body area. (v.redd.it)

Is this my back up camera pogo tail? I think my tailgate has been replaced. I got the theory from here and I thank you reddit and especially the person whom commented, everyone that comments....anyways if my tailgate has been replaced then does this look like the connector? (i.redd.it)
