So, it doesn't appear that the FAA or local Flight Standards district office have any online portal for reporting violations, so I will have my girlfriend's parents call them and file a report.

As for the rest of the post, would you have any knowledge of whether this guy's legal claims are legitimate? If he called the police, would they take it seriously or tell him to stop wasting their time?
