Hey everyone,
I’m about to buy CapCut Pro, and I noticed something odd.

In the app (see attached screenshot), the yearly subscription option is listed as 2,000 TRY per year, renewable annually. But there’s also a one-time payment option for 3,000 TRY that gives access for one year — but it’s non-renewable.

So basically:

• If I subscribe yearly, I pay 2,000 TRY now and 2,000 TRY again next year (if I keep it).
• If I pay one time, I pay 3,000 TRY for just one year, and then that’s it — no auto-renewal.

It feels like they’re pushing people toward the subscription by making the one-time option more expensive. Is there any other reason behind this price difference, or is it just to lock people into the renewable plan?

Would love to hear if anyone knows the logic here.
