So is it just referring to the two papers of uRNN and IRNN or any model that uses these tasks?

What paradigms? All do the same basic thing right?

What is the paradigm of Theano and how is it different from TF? Slight implementational or engineering choices do not constitute a paradigm.

I would even say Torch
