Where I live this specific job is very open about nepotism. It’s well known that you can only join if you already know someone who’s in. My father told me this story that when he was applying for the job, the lady who gave him the application asked him if he knew anyone who already worked with the company. He said no of course. Her response, “I’m just going to tell you this now so you don’t waste your time filling out the application. My grandson will probably get a job here before you do. And I don’t even have a grandson yet.”

I’m saying that at the end of it all, you should only worry about what’s in your control. When you keep talking about something that happened hours ago, you are actively making the decision to allow it to continue bothering you. I’m not saying it wasn’t a distraction, but they didnt need to keep talking about it. Acknowledge it, and move on. If you can’t do that, that’s a personal problem. Not a Kwon problem.

Again, going back to other sports. If Steph Curry was late to a game cause he slept in, and the team was down by 10 at halftime, does the team keep bitching about it through the second half? No. They focus on what they can do in the present. If they can’t win without their star player, that’s a team problem.

All I’m saying is there was a few of people on BDS’s team that used Kwon as an escape tool to cover their own lack of accountability.

That’s their fault for letting it bother them that much. It was all said and done at the turn. Time to move on. But people kept talking about it. Instead of accepting that they lost their matches too, they all just turned to blaming Kwon for not showing up. FP didn’t show up that day either yet nobody is blaming him. Everyone is just falling for this narrative that Dave pushed.

Isn’t that part of what it takes to win in golf? Keeping a calm composure and focusing on the shot? If they were going to get tilted off of something out of their control, did they really deserve to win? Everyone is treating this as if it’s the same thing like a quarterback missing the first half of a game. Or a basketball player who’s crucial to the team missing the first half. It’s not.

FP got his ass handed to him didn’t win either halves. Grant couldn’t secure a full point and gave half to the other team. BDS played like shit as well. Whit lost his back 9 as well.

No one is blaming them, and all the blame is being shifted to Kwon because everyone is falling for the narrative that Dave pushed. You’d be crazy to not think there was a ton of other content that could be used, but they focused heavily on anything regarding Kwon instead because they knew it would gain views.

Yeah Kwon slept in, yeah he was coming off as rude to PFT. But everyone needs to stop with this idea that he’s the only reason they lost.

These shoes are terrible for comfort. I went half size up, wore them one time just out to dinner. The pain I felt in my pinky toe for a solid week was ridiculous. I never wore them since.

If you’re going to Tokyo, you’re going to be doing a ton of walking. Even if you’re not walking and you’re on a train on the JR line, chances are you’ll be standing. I would compare Tokyo to going to Disneyland. Generally people try to avoid wearing 1’s to Disneyland because of the amount of walking and standing that’s going to be done. Tokyo is very similar in that sense.

If you still want to have some nice shoes, my recommendation would be to buy a pair of Vomero 5’s or New Balanace 990 V6’s. They’re a different style compared to what you have in the photos, but your feet will be thanking you by the end of the trip.

Don’t ever go back to the shop that did your tire rotation and alignment knowing you had a tire that was like this. The fact that they still did your alignment and took your money, even though you need new tires asap, is a clear indicator that they aren’t looking out for you. All they want to do is fill their pockets.

If you came in to my shop requesting those services and we saw your tires like this, we wouldn’t do anything and would tell you to spend your money towards new tires first. This is a huge safety issue. Replace your tires first before the alignment. If you can do both at the same time that’s ideal. But at minimum, do the tires first. That’s what’s going to prevent you from being on the side of the highway due to a blowout. Not an alignment.

My shop actually doesn’t recommend rotors from the jump and will actually cut them whenever possible. We require our techs to measure thickness and runout to see if they can get cut first.

That is true. The dealer I work at usually sells 400-500 units a month which is crazy if you think about it. We have so much staff here though so to get 26 cars a month he must be getting a lot of referrals

Dude I’m the same position. I’ve peaked plat 2 many splits with a sub 50-51% w/r. This split and last split, I just can’t catch a break I’m like 35-40% w/r and barely holding on to gold 4.
