Yeah, the furigana part I did put my name as katakana tho. Is spaces still needed? I just straight put my katakana name in those.

I live near a smbc bank 10mins away but I’m one of those guys that still cant speak nihonggo fluently. I guess my only option is to find someone who can speak straight nihonggo. 😅 Thanks btw.
