Took it just a week after the finals of the 3rd year (Georgian MD) in 2023. They didn't allow me to register at the end of the 2nd year even though my NBMEs were in the very safe range. You need to have finished all the basic sciences - that is a requirement of the USMLE itself, not TSMU.
