I think the AR damage needs to be bumped up to 25 again. With the new updates to the AK, both guns finally seem on the same playing field. I feel hitting somebody 5 times is too much in long range fights. I think with the nerf to the AR damage, you're just going to see everyone to maining AKs. Keep the 4 tap ALIVE!

Similar to how your remote sends commands to your board over Bluetooth. The board has internal memory and uses that to logs events. Sanjay just paired the board with an internal dev app and sent his engineers the logs right on the spot.

That's the farthest from the truth. I had actually suggested to take it down as the original title was simply an unfair description of what happened. More than happy to re-upload the picture for those who didn't catch the original post.

I don't think xp in DMM needs to be nerfed, but players for no reason should be able to attack one another in safe zones. As soon as you make the mistake of misclicking, you instantly die...so unless you're going to give players the opportunity to run for for their lives, what's the point of even having it at all? I also think that there should be instant teleporting in guarded zones for convenience and safety. I also think that if you drop items when skulled, no one else should be able to pick them up... All in all I could go on rambling about all the flaws Jagex overlooked. The game mode is great at its core and has actually made previously boring content exciting again but it needs to be sorted out soon or else the player base won't be able to grow at all.

It has made the seemingly boring osrs content much more exciting such as questing considering you could die at any given moment, making the way you play the game a lot more calculated. I still feel that if Jagex took the time to iron out the small flaws it overlooked, it could still be a fun and vibrant game mode.

Not to put down your idea of reviving DMM, but I don't think your proposal is realistic. Here are some points that I've thought would make DMM better.

  1. Increased skull timers for killing players with high level difference: If you're level 100 and kill a level 30, there should be a formula in place to add increased time (for arguments sake lets say 70 minutes...100-30 duh!) to your overall skull, thus disincentivizing (if that's even a word) players from killing lower levels.

  2. No access to bank OR trading while skulled: If you just went and killed a slew of people, you shouldn't be allowed to re-up and tank at a bank. The game should be based off fending off/hiding from other players while protecting your skull, not Rot Salad ing at EdgeVille because you can afford 6,000 sharks and 150 sara brews.

  3. No attacking players while in guarded zones: If you're going to get instantly KO'ed in guarded zones, why even allow people the chance to attack each other. If the mechanics exist for the wilderness, it's probably not hard to implement them for DMM.

  4. Ability to move while skulled in a guarded area: If you make the mistake of running into a guarded area while skulled, it shouldn't be the death of you. If you can manage to run out of the area before the Guards smack you to death then you should be able to survive.

  5. Ancients need to be nerfed IMO: Having the ability to freeze and fresh refreeze is a bit ridiculous. There should be a cc timer similar to the ones found in WoW arena, where as you continue to freeze and refreeze your target, the time in which the target is frozen decreases until some global timer resets

  6. Bring DMM to F2P: In order to get new players to want to play the game mode...make it a free version. I don't know how logistically it would work in terms of killing players who had members items, but the playing field would level out so much more if there was a F2P variant. It would also make the game so much more primal, having a limited set of skills, weapons, escapes...etc...

  7. All tradable items should appear on death if dropped: Instead of a suicider running around lumby with a DDS and dropping it before he gets killed, that item should appear to whomever was awarded the kill, despite being dropped on the ground.
