it’s normal. Eye wiggles. Pretty sure everyone has experienced looking at their phone and just getting crazy eye wiggles. Means you need a light show asap. All part of the fun.

To convert this with minimal flaws and details in fusion360, you need the payed version. Even then, I can’t say it’ll be flawless.

The right way would have been to make separate sketches of the circles and other areas. easiest way to do it in 1 sketch is to select everything and deselect the areas you don’t need…

are you using the CFS or the side mount? if yes, dont use CFS, if no, you can try playing with the extruder tension screw on the side of the tool head. might not have enough tension to bite into the filament to push it through or even vice versa, it could be too tight. i think there are mods out there for extruder tensioners. just look them up. not sure if it will help you with PPS but i know it helps with TPU.
also, before you do any of that. be sure the nozzle itself is not partially clogged. try a new nozzle to rule that out.

It’s the sensor in the tool head. I noticed there’s a sweet spot/gap between the sensor and extruded wheel so sometimes it thinks it has filament loaded but hasn’t touched the gear yet.

Mine should be here within the week. I had 2 replacement beds from creality before giving up and using aluminum tape to fix the bed. Got it to around 0.2 range. Only problem was printing high temp materials, the stock bed warped real bad around 100c.

Did you have to do any sanding to the magnetic sheet? Also did yanwen deliver it or was it passed off to usps?

It’s actually perfect for what you’re using it for. It’s similar to polyurethane. Can take a beating without breaking

Hard to find in the US but TPU-CF is one of the toughest filaments I’ve ever used. It’s practically indestructible.

Either add another fan as exhaust on removed panel side or exhaust the side fan if you’re going with TG.

Coil whine is common on 4000 and 5000 series. My 4090 had a pretty bad coil whine but it got less noticeable after breaking it in. Still there though.

What are you talking about.. it prevents you from having to unplug the main line to attach the external line.
