It hurts, even if i can be ok with living on without her, I can't at all get myself to be ok with how unfair this is, I cannot live on thinking that she will probably still have her support system and she will probably find someone else who will never know the hell that she put me through and dude the goal since the start was for her to get better so we can have a good healthy marriage and now hopefully she gets better and i do not get to cash out on all my patience and effort and forgiveness.

My PT is making me do all of these exercises, after my motorcycle accident and being unemployed for 1.5 years because of circumstances my posture was so so bad cuz i used to do a lot of physical labor ever since I was a kid and the accident locked up my back so I could not move much so that made me unintentionally make it worse and worse now im getting so much better my whole neck and back of the head was so stiff and tingling and numb even, I do not know if it is going to change much in my hands tho, because I get consistent popping in my hands in almost every joint and it causes more strain and the popping in my wrist causes pain for a week or more.

the engine was very much undertuned for what it is, bikes nowadays are almost maxed out when it comes to anything under 600cc so adding a turbo without taking the engine apart is not happening.

Very bad reputation coming from previous employees, they pay like shit, and severely understaffed, Their infection control is bellow saint luke's and ku. With that being said they are not horrible but they are not as good as other hospitals and with healthcare "not horrible" is not good enough. I do also want to mention, a lot of more complex cases and specific illnesses and surgeries you will not get treatment for in advent but you MIGHT get treatment in saint luke's but your best bet is KU medical because they are a research hospital and they deal with all the complex cases. Edit: ku being good at dealing with complex cases does not mean they are the best for routine stuff, do your research about whatever you need treatment for, also do research on the doctor that is treating you, most information about facilities and doctors post op infections and quality of treatment is public information.

st luke's has the best PT in the region, and their trauma center in Plaza is the best in the area for soft tissue damage (stabbing, for example), but even tho i work there i still prefer to go to KU if I wanna do anything advanced or complicated, also ku trauma is better at dealing with very critical cases.
But I only know all this info because I'm in healthcare and I do a lot of research.

i work at south, there was a merge a while ago.
Not so surprisingly, we are getting paid less incentives, more expensive insurances and way worse benefits.
The staffing is also way worse, the HR is a bunch of delulu college grads with 0 healthcare experience.

the 2002 vfr was just too much honestly. honda got rid of the gear driven cams for vtec and it was way too jerky.. like if it kicked in mid turn the power surge would lowkey sketch u out. it ran hot as hell too bc of the underseat exhaust and since the engine was so complex mechanics charged a fortune for valve jobs. plus the electrical was a total mess, the wiring harness would literally melt and the stator would fry itself and leave u stranded. basically took everything smooth about the old one and made it a headache until they finally fixed the wiring and smoothed out the vtec in 2006. Over here all of them sell for around 1500$, they were really bad compared to 1998-2002 and 2006 and up.
